What is Team Coaching & Group Coaching?

How does it work?

Team coaching and group coaching sounds like they are the same thing - yet they are not.

Team Coaching is geared towards formal teams of employees working towards a common, organizational goal.

Group Coaching is intended for a collection of people who may be working toward a common theme but are not necessarily working directly together.

Team Coaching

Team Coaching supports a team's alignment around a common purpose, establish an inspiring vision, create healthy team relationships with clearly defined roles, be accountable for behavior as well as outcomes, and make constructive decisions in line with the team and organizational goals.

Team Coaching Topics

  • When a team is not reaching goals

Group Coaching

Group Coaching facilitates a process that leverages the collective wisdom of a group of people who may all have different, independent goals but who share a common theme or purpose.  For example, employees in different departments may all want to develop their emotional intelligence (a common theme) but they could be doing it for different personal reasons or goals.

Group Coaching as a cost-effective alternative to one to one coaching when organizations want to develop a larger number of middle managers or professional while using a reflective, empowering and bespoke approach.
